This homemade pineapple Gatorade is a naturally hydrating electrolyte drink made from fresh pineapple juice, citrus, sea salt, and water no additives or artificial colors.

Ingredients

1 cup 100% pineapple juice

1.5 cups cold filtered water

Juice of 1/2 lemon

1/8 teaspoon sea salt (or Himalayan pink salt)

Optional: mint leaves, ginger slices, or 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut water

Instructions

1. In a pitcher, combine pineapple juice, lemon juice, and sea salt.

2. Add cold filtered water and stir thoroughly.

3. Taste and adjust salt or citrus if needed.

4. Optionally, add mint leaves or ginger for extra flavor.

5. Chill in the fridge or serve over ice immediately.

Notes

You can substitute lime for lemon if preferred.

Use fresh pineapple juice for the best flavor and nutrients.
