Juicy mince balls stuffed with melty cheese, perfect for pasta night or party snacks.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, grated

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 egg

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped

Cheese cubes (mozzarella, cheddar, or gouda)

Olive oil for frying

Tomato sauce for simmering

Instructions

1. Mix beef, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper.

2. Cut cheese into small cubes.

3. Flatten a spoonful of mince mix, place cheese cube inside, roll closed.

4. Heat oil in pan, fry balls until golden.

5. Add tomato sauce, simmer 10 minutes.

6. Serve hot with pasta, bread, or as snacks.
