200g high-quality dark chocolate
100g white chocolate ganache
2 tbsp pistachio paste or hazelnut spread
Edible gold leaf (optional)
1 tsp coconut oil
1. Melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil and pour into silicone molds to create shells.
2. Chill for 10 minutes until set.
3. Spoon ganache and pistachio paste into the center of each mold.
4. Seal with more melted chocolate and chill until firm.
5. Decorate tops with gold leaf before serving.
Use silicone molds for easy release.
