Ingredients

1 pint melted ice cream (any flavor)

1 box vanilla or chocolate cake mix

1/2 cup frosting (vanilla or chocolate)

1 cup candy melts or chocolate chips (for coating)

Sprinkles, cookie crumbs, or drizzle (for decoration)

Lollipop sticks

Instructions

1. Preheat oven and prepare cake batter using melted ice cream in place of liquids.

2. Bake and cool completely.

3. Crumble cake and mix with frosting until it sticks together.

4. Roll into 1-inch balls and chill for 1 hour.

5. Dip lollipop sticks in melted chocolate and insert into balls.

6. Dip cake pops into melted candy/chocolate and decorate.

7. Let them set completely on parchment paper.
